Bootcamp SE16 is led by fitness expert Stephanie Jannati, who specialises in getting people like yourself in the BEST shape of their lives.

She is the expert people go to, when they need help

with their own health, fitness, nutrition, mindset and

wellbeing.

No matter what your current level-fitness is, if you live in the SE16 area, Stephanie Jannati and her team can show you how to recondition your body fast and achieve your health and fitness goals.

These local residents tried various standard gym

workouts and limited diets that weren’t fun and couldn’t find anything that would deliver results that they could stick to, until they found us!

EFFECTIVE, FUN TRAINING IN A SAFE ENVIRONMENT

Our sessions are coached by our expert personal trainers, to ensure you’re getting the most out of your sessions, your technique is on point and you are held accountable to getting the results you've always wanted. You will also be training with an awesome community of like-minded people, who are supportive and encouraging.

Our coaches are specialists in injury rehab, sports specific training and overall conditioning. You will be fully supported throughout your program and be able to work within your capacity.

The bespoke nutrition and guidance that you will receive, will not only help you get into the best shape of your life, but will also show you how to be at your healthiest. "I never thought I would ever be the person to have a regular exercise routine until I joined nearly six years ago. The term 'boot camp' can be scary and conjures up military training and leaders barking orders. This is far from the case here. We all benefit from a highly-skilled and compassionate team of trainers.

This truly is for all fitness levels. At first, you may worry that you're not as strong or as fit as the others, but that worry clears quite quickly. The group is supportive of one another and, whilst you may not be as fast or as strong as others, we all cheer each other on. By showing up, you're doing much more than those who don't and that's celebrated.
